Scope of Personal Data
I process your personal data to the extent necessary for the delivery of ordered goods, provision of information about offered goods, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

- Basic data – name, surname and residential address and, if you are a self-employed person (sole trader), also Business ID and Tax ID
- Contact data – email, telephone number
- Records of email communication, or other communication in electronic or written form
- Transaction data – information about payments and payment methods
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
I process your personal data for the purpose of concluding a purchase contract for the delivery of ordered goods. This includes receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices, recording payment for goods, and dispatching goods to the selected address. For proper fulfillment of legal obligations, I process personal data also for the purposes of maintaining tax records or accounting, enabling withdrawal from the contract, and handling complaints. I also process your personal data for the purpose of informing you about our products and services within the framework of direct marketing.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
I process your personal data in accordance with the law in the following cases:
- where it is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract and you are a party to the contract, or when you request registration in the e-shop before concluding the contract
- where it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests, which are primarily the offering and sale of goods and services to customers
- where you have given consent for one or more specific purposes, which may include, in particular, activities related to the offering of goods and services, or with the aim of tailoring the offer to your expectations
Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
Your personal data will not be provided to third parties. The exception is the provision of your personal data to shipping partners, manufacturers of our goods, and payment processors for the purposes of delivery of goods and receipt of payments. Shipping partners and manufacturers of goods include:
- Courier and transport companies
- Companies providing clothing printing and its subsequent handover to the transport company
Your personal data may also be accessed by web hosting and IT service providers.
Period of Retention of Personal Data
The period of processing your personal data is:
- in the case of contract performance, for the period during which the contractual relationship lasts, including warranty and complaint conditions
- in the case of consent of the data subject, until the withdrawal of consent, but no longer than 24 months from its granting
- in the case of legitimate interest, for a period that is justified with regard to the lifespan of the purchased product, for the purpose of being able to offer and provide related products and services
- in the case of fulfilling a legal obligation, for the period imposed by law
Rights of Data Subjects
When processing your personal data, I will respect and implement your rights, which are:
- the right of access to your personal data, as well as the right to know for what purpose they are processed, who their recipients are, and what the processing period is
- the right to rectification, if your personal data are inaccurate or have changed
- the right to erasure of personal data, if their deletion is not in conflict with applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU
- if your personal data are processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
- the right to restriction of processing – if you wish, I will process the data only for the most necessary legal reasons
- the right to data portability, if you wish to transfer them to another controller, if this is not prevented by technical or legal obstacles
